Yes! We deliver our packages worldwide from our cafe to you!
ഒ·˚ UK & EU customers are responsible for VAT taxes. Yueyuu.cafe DOES NOT remit VAT expenses.
My order came damaged/never arrived, can I get a refund/replacement?
We try to package our packages securely, and every order comes with tracking. If your package comes back to us, we may send it out again if shipping is paid. Otherwise we generally do not give out refunds or replacements due to mailing error on the carrier side.
Can I get a refund for personal reason?
If you request a refund before the order has shipped, we can definitely give you a refund! But if the order is already shipped, we can not offer refund.
